I think that he needs a skin to post wallpapers, something that fits to wallpaper posting. I´m not sure if exists free stuff available for that unless you mod a little some free ones. Try to search for "gallery" skins, that perhaps do the job.

i find some, but dont find 1 like wallpaper script http://wallpaperscript.com/ for wordpress

if you use wallpaperscript, then wstheme.com is the answer for theme, but little costly. for wp, just googling "gallery theme" or "portfolio theme" as keyword
