I got a reseller account its not a vps or anything, and the company that has the reseller keeps sending me those emails daily. for me to upgrade to a higher plan.

@Rox how can i know which plugin it is, as i cant be able to know how much resources i am using as i am not on a vps or dedicated.

I think It's not the wordpress to blame, the company has cheap server(low CPU, RAM etc.) or the server is oversold.

nop its not the company i am using a trusted company scalahosting the server load and all is perfect let me ask for ssh permission then i can be able to know.

how many plugins you're using, you might want to add a screenshot.

did you often edit posts ? if so then you should disable post revisions, also install cbnet Ping Optimizer plugin so your site dont ping everytime you edit posts.

Also, you might want to use gzip and html/js/css minifier, I suggest you install WP Super Cache and WP Minify for that purpose.

Disable all your plugins and see the CPU load. If its normal then it a plugin fault. Enable them one by one and keep checking the CPU level.

actually it may be cos of your installed plugins or may be due to your hosting

u use any user count plugin?like statpress?

u may use caching plugin.its reduce server load.

yeah i have a caching plugin aswell.

the count plugin was post views. i have removed it so lets see.
