You've put absolutely no information regarding your request:

1. Is this a paid job? What's your budget?
2. What sort of theme do you need and what's the site niche?
3. What kind of logo design?

2) site : www.fileservedownload.net i want a theme look like a tracker torrent...with only the title in first page then when i pree "more" or "continue" or "download" he go in the page with description and link
