I was wondering if there was a Wordpress theme available that would allow my visitors to upload their own images and for them to be displayed together like a community driven gallery similarly to this site.

Basically i want to be able to create a gallery website, but have a plausible excuse when it comes to dmca aka I didn't upload it, my visitors did kind of site But in the same breath i don't want something like image chilli but rather a full blown public gallery. Any suggestions ?
