wordpress hack/plugin: when search create post about

hello,

when somebody comes at a 404 page at my website the wordpress site but automatic create a post about it

say my site is: http://www.mysite.com

somebody comes to http://www.mysite.com/example-apple and i dont have this post, i want it automatically create this post and show this visitor this post

in this post i want to say: we dont have this post, but here is the link to google: when they click they must go to google and automatically search to that title/post

you can do this with a simple custom 404 plugin, try searching on google custom 404-page WordPress plugin or in your plugin area to see available options. then you can edit the 404 pages and do whatever you want.
