Wordpress DB making overload on VPS

What was the problem?No idea, I changed so many things, optimized lots of stuff, from my.cnf, htaccess, to tables, w3 cache, even touched template, blahblah...I wondered why it's so crappy by default 
now, with total rape of all blogs at once (7), multiposting, it barely reach load 2, and averaging on 0.2 when no posting is involved.

I think you have to many post..
58k is need dedicated, or VPS minimum 8Gb of RAM
Multisite/buddypress with huge user need min 16Gb of RAM
Another solution:
Stop posting and using cache plugin, then make new blog at another server.
Also something very important is setting your apache, max_connection, etc depends of your site traffic
