If someone builds something that gains some value, what would stop you or someone else from capitalizing off the work? $1 or $12/year surely is of no benefit to you.

This plan is a joke, post a real plan. Firstly, there isn't enough space or bandwith with this plan for anyone to even work on a test site if they submit to Katz. Secondly, they clearly state in their Acceptable Use Policy that sites like ours are not allowed. And thirdly, take a look at their hosting site (if that's what you honestly want to call it), it's a complete joke!

well what youre saying is true i guess but idk ive been with them for a while already
and they know about my forum i dont think they are with downtownhost
and the site is like that because it was just recently launched and they are working on something for the main page
 
I didn't mean to come off so blunt towards you. It is nothing against you Clowner, but sometimes cutting right to the chase is what needs to happen. I don't think it's safe to be hosted where you are, so I don't think anyone should consider hosting there. I also think you should give some thought into switching providers. Just to be on the safe side, not only for yourself, but also your members!

I'm not sure where you got this info at?? Umm to clear things up just a tad..
We own towers in a few different places. The main shared hosting towers are located in the "https://www.caro.net/" data center. Are website is in the process of changing a few more things. In are "TOS" we say this.


1. Any copyright, patent, trademark, or other intellectual property right. >>(HARMFUL/VIRUS Scripts)<<



2. Child Pornography



3. Hate content



4. Threatening, racial, or otherwise abusive content.



5. Any and all content inciting, instructing, or promoting illegal activities.



6. Fraud, MLM (Multi-Level Marketing), Pyramid schemes, or any other activities deemed to be fraudulent.



7. Hacking/cracking, warez, cracks, spam software or any material that contains a "virus" or any other "harmful" code.



8. Abuse towards our staff or other clients on our network is not tolerated. Your account and all associated will be suspended pending termination after review. Slander about wooozle.com over the internet is grounds for account termination.



9. The term Un Metered / Unlimited applies to files that are needed to host your website and or business. This means we will not monitor and put a number on the amount you use. Use of our servers prohibits the storage of home computer files / mp3,4 / Mass storage of software / movies / your account can host files pertaining to your website and or clients
