How about your previous appointment, you said early January around 7-9 January 2021 the payment will change to (paid 48 hours) including paypal

will it happen or will it still be like now?
The requests from 1st to 10th every month (will pay 15th of Month)
The requests from 11th to 20th every month (will pay 25th of Month)
The requests from 21th to 31th every month (will pay 5th of Month)

so I know how to set the next step

The rate schedule is stable until the end of March.
Maybe it will go up after March.

So why at clipwatching it count fine, rates are 35$/10k and it count 35$ but at aparat it count 8,5 $ though it should count 15$?

Because the clip only counts after 5%
But Aparat counts the number of visits without 5% view . for example aparat increase your visitors after 1% but pay after 5%

But I still don't encourage website owners to work with you to redirect traffic to your site
I work with you with some direct links on Twitter and others. As for my site, I work with another host
 
Can you disable video download on my account? now you are redirecting customers to your website, and my visitors seem like they just want to download and they don't watch the video, so maybe you and I both lose income if he doesn't watch 5% video

But Aparat counts the number of visits without 5% view . for example aparat increase your visitors after 1% but pay after 5%
