From all total 2,605,047 videos, I see 398,066 destroyed ( 15% )
best option :
We will delete these 398,066 files and uploaders will upload them again
and we will increase the rates to compensate.

But are too many locked files in my account, it takes a long time to find them all stuck and climb them again. it was good if the files could be restored, it's okay anyway

I use this to display all my files in a single page

I confirm it, around 15-20% are the broken files in my case.
@ClipWatching I guess there is no way to get the same url, right? Some of us are linkers (and no webmasters) and websites we submit the links have rules such as "one link per host" etc.. So the only way to get these files alive again, is only if we replace them with same url.. Do you think that's possible?
