@ 5000et - no, we don't specify what will be the file size. FFmpeg will convert it to a specified quality, but we can't tell how much is the file reduced in terms of size. Usually it gets reduced by 10-20%. What you are saying that it was converted from 2.4G to 200M it's not normal and that's due to your original file.

2.28 GB > 434mb
2.65 GB > 456mb
4.37 GB > 492mb
2.80 GB > 246mb
2.50 GB > 475mb
1.60 GB > 340mb etc.

This is a little more than 10-20%. All files uploaded have been converted to less than 500mb.
