The reason for slow response could be due to your end. I'm positive it's not the server's end.

If you are connecting from the eastern hemisphere with a slow connection, it's of course going to lag.
 
We here at WinVirtual are deeply sorry to inform any clients anticipating on purchasing our Remote Desktop Plans. We have run into way to many troubles with clients sharing one box. We have decided to go back to our original plans of selling Windows VPS’s. All of our current Remote Desktop clients will be receiving an email from our staff shortly explaining the options you have for your current subscription. To anyone interested in our services I will direct you to our VPS thread and you can make your decision based on those plans.
