I am looking for an good software for video encodes that would work under windows server 2008 / 2012 with muxing hard subtitles.
* checked handbrake, unfortunetly subs are not hardsubbed
* checked xilsoft video converter ultimate after converting to mp4 files are not streamable ( i mean they need to load fully first than file can be played in web video player)
* checked aura free video converter - the same situation as it is with xilsoft
* checked freemake video converter - it works perfect but can`t run on windows server
* checked avidemu files need to load fully forst to be streamable
any other software that i might try to use ?
that would work with hard subtitle encoding and would have an option to chose font kind and font size ?

btw if you like the other converters just use qt-faststart to move the moov atom of your mp4 file to the beginning this should resolve your stream issues
