First of all, i´ll not post CP or any bizarre porn.
But here is the catch: i´ll upload amateur pr0n, so it is most probably not "legal" (authorized or copyrighted material, just leaked and spread over the internet)

Is that an issue for most (offshore) hosts?

It is not CP, not warez, but leaked/hacked/or girl just really wanted to show off on the internet. So i don´t see the limit of legality here (for hosting purposes, just thinking about the blog. Files for download will be hosted at FSC, etc)

Thanks for the many topics about it btw, i´m just reading a lot of them right know but i stopped thinking about this particular issue.

Thanks for the info guys, even tough i am not expecting to mess with laws and stuff like that lol

@foxman, well FSC delete even my freeware files with DMCA complains LOL :)) sometimes files just get deleted and no explanation, so i guess it is normal there

I really hate to look like I'm spamming it up on my first post here but this is right up my alley.

You can get in trouble with DMCA requests. Sponsors give you all the content you could ever need to promote their sites legally so why not do that?

In fact, if you are just starting out I would suggest the sponsor you see on the example site linked from my program in the sidebar. (sorry, censored for now) They pay $1.00 per free registration or 20% revshare. It's free live cams and you can take screenshots and post them to your blogs, use embeds like we do on our network sites, etc.

Good luck to you and do things right. Would you want someone stealing your hard work?
