Need around 500Gb of space and >=100mbps. Server will be used only to

Don't worry I'm not rookie here, see and tried many "1 day hostings" and all i can say: greedy people pay twice. I will better stick with trusted but more expensive host rather then with some kid with unbelievable offer.

Well, For streaming purpose,
I would suggest you a Netherlands Location Server.
Leaseweb or Ecatel are the best locations for you.
