Will buy custom DLE warez template (contest)

Ok so what i need:

- Custom profesional DataLife Engine Template (v8.3 and above)
- It can be PSD or PSD + tpl files. For only PSD i will pay less
- Light colors, professional look.
- Requirements for layout is 2 columns: menu left, content right. Header and bottom zones.

Template for site: softas.lt
This site is not English but you can make in EN.

For only PSD i can pay 30$ for tpl files + PSD ~60$ PayPal

I meant not a PSD. A READY TO USE SKIN with .tpl files I did not read your post correctly I thinked you are asking for a PSD only
