did you installed wordpress recently ? you have to update .htacces so that custom permalinks work..

Bro that HOME is the name of the page !!!
The permalink is auto selected by WP !!

Yes i did !!!
Also updated the permalinks to custom !!!!

Is that a menu item? Because menus aren't updated automagically.

I think you have something wrong with your default web location, no links on your website work. Make sure the default location of your root folder is set correctly.

If you are using .htaccess try to enable modwrite at php config in your server, else you can try by deleting .htaccess from www directory. Hope this help you! Regards
