yes rewrite rule is missing for permalinks in .htacces

How is it vBSEO,

He is using IPB not vB. Therefore, it cannot be vBSEO. Must be a different SEO mod made for IPB. Also, yeah it looks like your missing a .htaccess file.

You should always test stuff like this on a testboard first.

Make sure that for the Friendly URL Features in the Acp that you chosen Yes for " Redirect to new friendly URL format? " and check that you created the .htaccess file as instructed! The URL Type setting to Path Info IPB recommends but if your not sure about PHP as an Apache module or CGI module...contact your host.

For now all your sections are very accessible but not with the new style url and I suspect your issue is with the .htaccess file.
