Why MU caught or why others closing (My Research)

Why? Is SOPA or something els. Well, I was studding the case and made some research. Thank's to Auckland Police and others I got some idea. MU not affected by SOPA, he affected bu Money laundering. I'm explain it to you - Lets take you made a files sharing site myfshare.com. You pay 30$ for 1000 downloads. Because of that a guy pay you 9$ and get a premium account from you then he upload something and download that files 1000 times (Well, he shared that file one any high traffic site/s or do that by a botNET. Whatever it is). Because of that guy, many uploaders signup and all shareing money. Now your site grow. You earning from uploaders they become downloaders or they create downloaders, you get massive hits on your site, you started earnings from ADs and premium accounts. If you take a closer look you see If you started this business with $100 that $100 is constantly moving and make you others hundreds. All the money your clients got actually your money. Now question is if I'm earning form ADS then WTF is your issue? The funny thing is your clients pay your money to the Advertiser to advertise his site or his link/s on your site. Means that money also yours. Well, there is others charges on MU. But we should focus on it.
That why others who do that same thing now closing. Why rapidshare alive? Because they said they only share rapid points not direct money. Well, news will be flash soon that's why everyone running before goto JAIL.

if they dont.. they deserve to get caught for uploading copyright files and trying to earn from it
 
Well, I'm studding law some how I choose any current events for my project. So I choose this -hope I'm getting my help from here././ :D
 
not a complete research to me. I do still believe the main reason is because of the Megabox.com which is planned to be lauched this year. greedy record companies scared of it.
 
I doubt megabox had anything to do with it. The investigation had over 2 years work into it.

In any event, artists need financial support which mega wouldn't have provided and its either use your own money and risk losing it. So naturally it's better to use "other peoples money...i.e the labels" so you don't have to.

I've never heard of any newly signed artist saying "oh shit, I just got a record deal, I'm fucked"

I've heard some artists not be happy after their successful (naturally due to the massive backing of labels) but, thats another story and hardly surprising....some are always going to bite the hand that feeds once they can stand on their own two feet.

corpaorate companies know megaupload is popular, if they opened that site means, they become loser without penny

What are the possibilities & steps needed to start a long run file hosting service with affiliate pay. How can it be made a business & earn.

I hope you mean studying and not studding as in stud. Anyway the US Department Of Justice clearly stated in the charging documents why each charge was applied. The money laundering charge stems from the advertisements they ran and the 72 minute limit on megavideo.

Not exact doj statement, but a good explanation.

There are several charges against MU.

I believe (just my opinion) that there are 2 reasons for making MU the first target

1. MU is always ignore DMCA as all we know that MU files stay last long.
2. Megabox It's true that artist need fund from the company to get start but Megabox make alternative way for some known artist. If Magabox work, there will be more artist join its program. This will be 2nd revolution after itune. So it must not happen especially from the company like mega family that get rich from stealing their (the music company) money.

Guys... I'm not finished yet. I'm still working on it. And guess what some ugly truth come along.. well, I don't have have the full INFO right now.. But give you some hints... Some HUGH Hollywood Films behind the Megauploads.. Well, Hollywood said as you know - they don't give a shit to MU bcz MU doing piracy and all that crap. but this is not fully true at all.. ;)
