Why i am getting this error?

I installed wordpress today and made a post. But when i click on post link under manage>posts to edit the post , i am getting this error:

what is this and how to solve this problem?
Note: i am using affiliate link clocker plugin.
i disabled all plugins but problem still persists \.

update your wordpress to latest version.

i can not update cause some necessary plugins works with only older version.

yes i have this file. what to do?
