Why won't WebMoney send the money you have in their account to PayPal, Western Union, Your Bank, etc., and collect the extra fees themselves? Using 3rd-party exchangers seems like an unnecessary step, also their fees seem quite high and I am not sure which ones I can trust. Why do they operate in this manner?

they are an individual company
Paypal, western union none of them offer this type of exchange service.
Webmoney offers Bank withdraw ,check their FAQ for details
and about exchangers, all exchanger listed on webmoney list are trusted and highly verified

None of payment processors enabling direct exchanging from one account to another provider account. webmoney is russian based and all the account withdrawals are limited to Soviet and Eastern European countries. So they pointing list of trusted exchangers for International people. Infact its a very good service and there are really good exchangers who charging meager for exchanges too. you have to do bit deep search else if u go with the top results available in google they are goddamn ugly money eaters!

Webmoney was made for Russian members only but as people got to know that webmoney also couldn't be chargedback like LR, various sellers from underground forums started using webmoney and later used by everyone.
