why does Skrill support is dead ?

I created a Skrill account since 2 months, and sent to them ( through contact form ) many times since full month and attached some documents to verify my address and increase my limit, but they don't respond at all !

what's the matter with Skrill !

i have using them for many years when they stopped payment in usd for my country...now again i require their merchant account and would love to hear what other people say about it.

In terms of support they are very lazy.For me also contact several times over ticket option no response.

You may try their contact number in working time, that could speedy your issue.
