Why cant i upload Avatar ?

Can someone say why i cant upload a Avatar ?

Maybe because you are in "Probation"

You need to be registered for atleast 2 days and have more then 2 posts

After that, you will be able to do so

You Need 48hrs To Get Active so Please be Patient..

but wish u allow gif images...
