Hi,

This is a very simple question.

Why are you running a warez site? Be honest please

My answer is as follows. First when i started file4ever.org my purpose was to generate money. But then as the time passed my purpose changed as i started to like this type of site. Now i don't run any ads on my site.

Ok to be Honest... Me too..wanted to Earn from ADS... becoz..I have my own Hosting Company...and...for More Servers I Need MONEY $-)
 
Ok... So everyone thinks they can make a quick buck just by doing warez. You need to grow some interest on the field you want to work for, at first. This is the most important thing to do. Otherwise, you wont succeed neither make a penny. Your first goal should be to make a successful site and then think of making some cash. Never ever think "I can make an easy dollar by starting a warez site"
 
i started just for fun
dabling with vbulletin and seeing what i can do
somehow i just fell into warez and started to add stuff
anyone who thinks they can make a living from need to
rethink there ideas as you wont or id you do hten it wont last

now i have a dedi team working on the site and i dont have much to do
with it "when its online" lol
 
First I have run some warez boards to keep the scene alive but now everyone can make a board with rapidshare links so I stopped.
Now I have some ddls for the extra money and hosting for ddls and forums.
 
It started as a hobby, something fun to work with and push it to the limit for really making a good site.

My DDLs are for the money mainly and because I like having traffic on my sites and optimizing them and trying new stuff out.

My porn forum is for fun, it's always nice to have a community that has activity.
 
i accidently fell into the warez scene. and for the last three years have been running my own sites. i look at it like being robin hood, these applications are way over priced and who wants to stand in line at the movie theater when you can watch it in the comfort of your own home. yes i do generate sum funds but not enough to cover my costs i pay out of my pocket to keep my site going and i am giving back to others who or less fortunate
 
to be honest, when i started my site, i had no idea i could make some cash out of my site. I was just looking to start my own site and make it bigger.

I was soo noob, i wasn't knowing what is ads, a friend of mine told me u shud add some ads.

I earned nothing untill my site reached 4k.
 
I wanted to use my domain for something and the site I used to get 24 download links off posted the download links 2 days after the show had aired, so I started posting it on my site before them :)
 
To have fun and learn a lot about the scripts and stuff. No monetary gains here.. all my donations go towards servers and VIP accounts.
 
I stumbled across the scene back in 2000. Then I became an admin on warez-party way back when, and it went from there. Now I run a full network fo sites. For the money no, I do it for fun. Always has been for fun always will be. I enjoy helping people, and showing them that there is a way for them to get what they want.
