Submitting Downloads
I have coded whoo.ws in a way that whenever someone is an "official whoo.ws uploader", his/her topic automatically are put as "safe for submission".

The autosubmitter automatically grabs the downloads that are safe for submission and that haven't been submitted yet. Upon submission it automatically sets them as submitted to ensure you don't submit the same download twice.

Member System
Whoo.ws also has a member system that allows people to register and add their own downloads to whoo.ws.

In order to add downloads a user must have activated his account via a link they receive by email. The user must also be logged in.

There are days that I don't have time to submit 40 downloads, as you can see the traffic is "very nice" as Borat would say X-D

I haven't put a single advertisement on this website from the day it started. Until now the website has $0 revenue but that doesn't mean this can't be changed. You can easily sell links/other ads in order to pay for the hosting.

real statistics ? lol site have been not submitting like b4 coz of the all reselling that's why i used those stats , and btw that's what i'm offering if you don't like it then

yea didn't The One win the sale? Could you comment on how you have it now and not him, otherwise you could be working for him and have ftp yet trying to sell the site. 1+1 always adds up to 2. :)

Also more recent stats when you became the owner would be nice. As happy said bad submissions will lead to lower traffic, so your fair better off showing up to date stats so no one complains later. :) As far I remember it was not big on organic.

okay , highest bid is 400$ from enchipher ( the guy who bidded 425$ wanna make it via middle man) so i'm going out now
when i come back i will be selling for the highest price .

hmmm close the thread til you get a word about the original buyer confirming he sold it to nightmare

and i advice no one to deal with this guy until its proved his the read owner and nightmate please take screenshot of the domain in your account
