Strange, I have had the same issue and I didn't know what was causing it.
I contacted WHMCS then they recommended me to contact cPanel/WHM so I contacted them and then they recommended me to contact WHMCS, I told them that I already did, then they recommended me to speak to my data center. The issue never got solved.
If you use the ResellerClub or any other LogicBoxes based module then in this latest release the modules have been updated to use ResellerClub's newer HTTP API for improved performance and reliability. And therefore after updating you should check over your configuration in Setup > Domain Registrars and ensure your servers IP is allowed in the LogicBoxes control panel.
