I keep on getting
"Module Command Error
(Curl Error) couldn't connect to host - code: 7"
I haven't had this problem until today.

Nope, I have Curl enabled but do I need curl ssl?
Anyways I let cpanel update by itself.

"Anyone know?

Strange, I have had the same issue and I didn't know what was causing it.

I contacted WHMCS then they recommended me to contact cPanel/WHM so I contacted them and then they recommended me to contact WHMCS, I told them that I already did, then they recommended me to speak to my data center. The issue never got solved.

Okay here are a bunch of ways to fix this issue:

1)

  • If you use the ResellerClub or any other LogicBoxes based module then in this latest release the modules have been updated to use ResellerClub's newer HTTP API for improved performance and reliability. And therefore after updating you should check over your configuration in Setup > Domain Registrars and ensure your servers IP is allowed in the LogicBoxes control panel. More info on this can be found in the ResellerClub page
2)
Run # lynx --dump http://www.whatismyip.com/ | grep -o '[0-9].*\.[0-9].*\.[0-9].*\.[0-9].*' -m1
Add this IP in first form in Resellerclub API.

3)

I Hope this will fix your issue.
From now on read the update log BEFORE you update your core files.

I did and still nothing :(
I think its the server because couple days ago this wasn't a problem it all went in smoothly until cPanel had a update.

I think I will have to do this manually.
