your problem is not quite clear, you might want to inckude screenshots, how you setted up etc..

am not whmcs expert but helping u to get solutions :)

expand on ur qs with more detail, it may help

Is it Nulled ? lol just a thought if its not nulled and your on a reseller then your host server may have certain functions disabled, or to tight of a mod_sec set of rules
 
Who is your web host ?

Make sure the permissions on folders are ch-moded correctly during your install by chance a ch mod could have not moded the perms correctly
 
A web host ran off a .info ? god do people registering names for a company not know what certain .ext's mean LOL

Hmm not sure then as i said i would check permissions, maybe do a seperate install to see if there is still a bug if there is i would suspect a server issue

Already tried that.
Im only staying with them for a WHMCS license.
I run from a dedicated server.

Its not online and an operator said they would reinstall whmcs last night exactly 13 hours ago and surprise nothing has been done!
