Hi,

Is there any way to setup an email to be sent to myteam/billing department about every product renew. means if client renew product/service an email to sent to specific department with complete detail regarding the service/product renewal.

also, an ticket will be created in the support area with all the same information either way that works.

You have to use custom addon and use the invoice payments as a trigger.
