which vpn is good?

i am currently using hot spot shield software which is really good with browsing downloading,using flash players etc
but it fails to upload any file more than 1mb giving error 413 too large.
so which free vpn does not limits upload file size and gives good upload speed.
this is speed of my connection

5mbps download and 5mbps upload which means 600+ kb/s down and upload speed.

problem is free vpn's are always busy. so you wont get speed.

they said your speed wont increase in elite user.

They have some good speed, but not in free, I guess

hidemyass proxy list and proxy browser free both give problem in logging in to the site.
as for paid they just send you list of proxies
