Which software is best to leech from one filehost and post to another

I end up losing so much of my hard work when filehosts shut down or ban account or dont pay. All my posted links are still active on forums so i want to use some software to download the files and reupload them to new filehost.
Which software is best to leech from one filehost and post to another? Can it be done in an automatic manner? Please help me.

If you have a premuim account then u hv 2 choices
1) download using Rapidleech then re-upload them {Linux OS}
2) download using Jdownloader then re-upload them using FileUploader {Win OS}
