megaupload for me. i downloaded only a few files from mediafire in my warez lifetime, as almost noone uploads there. no idea why... maybe that they delete warez files fast or something like that.

They offer no rewards... even since they're started. I'm not sure weather they're quick or slow in deleting reported files.

btw, seems MediaFire has more fans than MegaUpload... at least in this thread.
 
Megaupload is preferred. If a free user just will sign up...then no more captcha and only a 29 second wait and excellent speed.

I'll up to MU and RS and get 8 to one for MU over RS by free users.

In fact, MU will beat the most favorite hosts - Fileserve and Filesonic (free users only of course) by a very wide margin.
 
Megaupload, because speeds are always good, files have a longer (or sometimes really long) lifetime.
From uploaders point of view:
They don't delete your whole account if you upload illegal files, files have long lifetime, you can upload big files up to 1gb so free users can download too. You get a megavideo link to your video files.

From premium view: megaupload premium is good on megavideo and megaporn too, you can download really big files fastly etc, etc.

Simply megaupload, i love it.
 
I still wonder why I always get the slow speed when uploading to MU, it never exceeds 250 KB/s per file, either from onshore or offshore RDP, to MediaFire I can get 500 KB/s from offshore RDP and way better from onshore.
