Which location should we offer next?

Dear all,

At Benelux Servers we are planning on offering a second location for our servers. As you probably know we are based in Luxembourg and all of our servers are currently in Luxembourg. So far we have been wondering whether to expand our hosting services to the following locations: The Cayman Islands, The Bahamas, Bermuda, Russia, Romania, Moldova, Hong Kong, Czech Republic, The Netherlands, France, Germany, Turkey, Panama. We would like to ask you to state your opinion as to which next location we should take. Suggestions of other locations are also welcome.

Localtion Suggestion

It has to be DCMA friendly?

IF DCMA is not a criteria, then I would suggest India. There are very few budget VPS providers in India, there is a huge demand though.
