Hi folks.

Me, as the next person, always receive a lot of spam messages offering SEO as a service. I've seen values going from $5/word to $1500/month.

My main concern isn't the payment, but if will I ever get a payback from that money spent? So, what's the best price for SEO services?

It varies on the company and the keyword. If you're targeting a highly competitive keyword and you have no existing SEO, it's going to be a bit pricey. It's not so easy as it use to be to do SEO. Before all of the updates from Big G (Google) you use to be able to spamrank. Now if you try the same tactics, you're destined to get penalized.
