I heard that juicyads is not bad but I haven't tried it because i do not own adult website. I believe there is no harm in trying them once.

I've been using Juicyads for a while now as my main network and been very satisfied with their rates and payments. They did have some issues with their servers after adding mobile and popunders and it was bad for them to not admit to be having issues but they got back pretty fast.

I also use Plugrush which pays well and fast, Blacklabel Ads with which I have seen complaints due to low rates but they earn the money for me considering my traffic.

Among the networks I use is Exoclick, EroAds, AdXpansion and Yllix most recently and they all seem to perform decently if you consider the traffic quality I currently have.
