SEO we do to optimize website keywords

and SMO we do to make our story popular in other way our keyword got ranks in SM sites.

Both are different method. SEO is a time consuming process that gives you long lasting result while SMO is used for increase link visibility and popularity on SE by share attractive content or images on social media like facebook, twitter, linkedin, G+, pinterest etc.
