Which Hosts actually do Pay PPS affiliates via Paypal?

Can anyone tell me which hosts actually do pay PPS affiliates via paypal? So many of these hosts are so dishonest in the way they do business, it's kind of hard to know which to trust if any at all. Any advice on this would be much appreciated.
