Which Domain Registrar provides these ...?

Hi everyone,
I am looking for a Domain registrar that provides these two settings in Domain Control Panel:

1- SRV Records Adding/Editing.

2- Stealth/Masked URL forwarding (more than one URLs)

I googled and found that Godaddy and EasyDNS provide this But there are 2 issues that I am still looking for a confirmation.

1- Can anyone confirm if Godaddy or EasyDNS meet my requirement ?

2- I will have to change Nameservers to Domain Registrar Nameservers, then How can I use my own Hosting Provider ? As It won't point to my host then..?

I am really confuse, please help me with this, I will make anyone helping some donuts, I am good in it... :P

Thank you for your reply. This is purely for legal purpose, I simply don't want my customer know that I am reselling as the login page provided will be an external link, 2nd I will provide extra features with the service so it requires SRV records editing (to point requests to external Voice Server).
