Well they can send DMCA's to the proxy host (I believe NL and Egypt are available) and the proxy host then gives you a fair time to respond.
But your actual location will always be hidden so you could change proxy's when needed. It's kinda like what thepiratebay is doing.

The max they have on their dedis is 2gb by default, if you want more 2gb i think it costs 75euros per 2 gb (one time fee) and its a max of 8gb.
