Which Blog Commenting System?

Hi WJers,
I have been wondering which Commenting system is good or none is better!
The most famous systems are Disqus and Commentluv. I am confused in between both of them. Which do you suggest to others and me

Or

You say None of Them is better.

Advantage of having them:
1.Quick to comment.
2.People more interested to comment.
3.Spam free and Clean

So what do you suggest. Having them? Then Which one and why.

Not having them?Then why.

I am not asking these for any warez site , i am taking here about blogging. For some time think apart of Warez WJers

ive tried them both and i def like disqus better
it looks amazing, lots of features, spam free, easy to comment
using it on my own blog

I think Discuss is integrated o FB isnt?

yes it is, it's a really good choice too, but i've chosen Facebook comments for its simplicity
