Start by building traffic up first. Ignore the thought of ads now. Is pennies worth losing incoming traffic over? It will build a lot quicker with no ads.

* Use linkspun.com. This is where all the adult webmasters do link exchange. This can boost up your serp rankings.
* Use Smutnode.com if you want a good hosted tube. They tend to rank good in search engines!

For sponsors I normally use exoclick.com, ero-advertising and plugrush.
