Where to get wallpapers for my site ? Help !

i want to create a wallpaper hosting website but i don't know where to get them . my main concern is copyright issue.

How do i know which image is copyright and not.

can i use the images with no logo or watermark ?

can i use other website wallpapers which doesn't have a log or watermark ?

I think one way you could deal with it, and I could be wrong, is to get in touch with the providers of the wallpapers and ask them to host their files on your site.To find these providers, maybe you can take a look at your competitor's website and take note of those publishers who are actively uploading wallpapers there. You should be able to find a contact info appended, if not leave a comment where possible to get their attention.
