I agree namecheap have good discount and low price but nope, namecheap or godaddy is not safe to buy a website for illegal contents. They would remove your whois guard protection and handover your details to authorities when they get DMCA.

Better buy from somewhere else like --> http://www.lovingdomains.com/ (This is not site :p)

WTH! I saw many popular and big warez sites with namecheap, nothing happenned to them.
