Where Should I Put my Ad-code ??

I am going to use Edomz pop-up code

I am using wordpress.

So where should i put my ad-code ?

index.php or any other template ??

and is there any way to avoid this popup from my homepage ??

just put it on your index.php, footer or header

go to appearance theme editor, choose footer.php and add them there.
