I am going to be a dedicated uploader. What would be the best host to buy a vps or what country should I be looking for if..

I want to:
- Download from fileserve
- Upload to fileserve
- Upload to rapidshare
- Upload to filesonice
- Upload to easy share

So the above four. Want very fast download speeds. VERY FAST! :p
