ir depends which country u from. In my country you can buy prepaid credit cards at 7/11, banks, post offices and big retail outlets

In India, Some banks provide to create virtual mastercard like HDFC, Kotak,( Net banking) ICICI and Axis ( Through credit card ), ...
Entropay is good source but here have to pay multiple charges like INR=>USD=>euro ( Entropay basic Currency) then euro=>USD ( if you pay in USD )by this pay diff. sites diff conversion rates apply.
