I'm very negative on buying backlinks because most are shit.

However, several of our properties are focused on grape (fake).... we get zero search engine traffic. --- (Ironically, we've got gay grape (fake) and the search engines adore that stuff)

So, I'm thinking about buying some backlinks and someone sent me a great offer on PBN links.

What's your opinion on these links?

imo,

if you're going for pbn, your site needs to be aged before venturing into pbn or else Search engine might flag it as spam,

and keep an eye on the pbn backlinks, once the pbn links go down ask the supplier to replace the broken backlinks,

pbn might be you best bet when it comes to the competitiveness of the adult industry,
but if i'm not mistaken most of your content are original so pbn will definitely help you.

may your ventures flourish~!

Honestly, I'd steer clear of PBN backlinks. Google’s gotten way more brilliant at spotting them lately, and the short-term gains usually aren't worth the long-term penalties. It's better to build legitimate links—slower, yes, but safer and more sustainable.

Instead of spending 100$ on a ton of crap links that'll give you nothing but trouble, use that money to buy a properly written guest post on a highly reputable site that's accepting of your niche.

You will get much more from a single proper link placement than thousands of pbn trash links.

What I get from 'properly written guest posts' is:

INDIA !

I'm not selling lottery tickets so Indian traffic is worse than absolutely useless to me.

Not only will these assholes NOT spend a dime but we have to remove the 'contact us' button because they flood us with their stupid sexual fantasies, dick pics and even the dreaded "hello dear" letters.

And even without the ability to "contact support" those shits harrass us on every social media profile we have. Then as an added insult they go on Telegram to beg pirates to help them get our videos.

I mean no disrespect to you but **** SCREW THE GUEST POSTS *****

Google made it very clear to us that they don't want our sites.
Instead they would prefer to have 50 pages of Porn hub, Only Fans, etc.

We've had "SEO" experts including a firm who represented Coke. After all of their work we still got jack shit from search engines. And they can't tell us there's no one interested in our products because our conversion ratios are incredible.

I think you are mistaken by what a guest post is and what is its purpose, it is not a source of traffic, it won't get any visitors from the article.

The purpose of it is to insert your backlink with a keyword anchor and thus increase your sites authority on that keyword on search engines.
What GEO of traffic you receive highly depends on the keyword, if you target a kw that has massive amounts of indians searching for it, well then that's what you'll get if everything goes right.

I've been doing this for years and yes Indians are a very large portion of adult traffic, that's just how it is, you can redirect or block their GEO using cloudflare.

I've been doing this since the 90s so I know exacty what it's purpose is.
What I'm telling you is how it plays out.

As for search engine traffic....
My gold fish would starve to death if we depended on it. From where we're sitting, the noise about 'search engine' traffic is a scam. Our cheap, paper business cards which we hand out to masturbate'rs in bars and meetups are good for apx. 2 sales a week. - We don't get that in a month from search engines.

We've blocked the assholes with every possible technology available, including cloudflare. They're still our most annoying problem.

**** I'm not trying to be disrespectful or difficult. BUT.... There's what someone believes how things are supposed to work and how in reality they actually work. ******

So, in the meantime I keep trying different approaches. I keep them if they work but I ditch them when they don't.

how bout,

splitting your premium contents into "freemium" video contents and posting them on "tubesites" it's free traffic!? play on video length, video quality, and moneyshots.

for the full premium video they'll have to pay,
for those weirdos they'll have to cope with the freemium short vidoes?

hope you've already done that.

We've done that and sales start dropping to almost zero..... REAL FAST
Most of these men can jerk off to a 5 second clip when it's free.

They don't need a long video... ... They don't give a rat's ass if it's 120p or 4k.... ... And they bitch and moan but they'll be happy to live without a pop shot as long as it's free.

Also Tube site traffic is SHIT! The only thing a tube site is good for is a little product branding.
I'm also not going to upload hundreds of our videos that we paid to produce... Just some some money laundering tube site can make more money than we do from our work. --- And I'll spare the speech about all the illegal porn on those platforms.

Holly Shyte~ that's insightful!

Didn't know it was that bad!
how bought spreading "the already leaked videos" to more platforms?

since it's already been leaked might as well,
leak / stream it at your platform where you know eyes will fall on your site.

The problem with anything 'free' is that it attracts freeloaders and starts to turn people who will pay into freeloaders.

The Internet has a way of turning dollars into nickles and then putting all those nickles in the pockets of a VERY small group of people.

eg. The tube sites take a video we spent $10k to produce and make $3k from ads.
Their investment is ZERO so it's pure profit for them and a financial loss for us.
They lie about all the 'traffic' that they'll send you but fail to tell you that it's mostly freeloaders, pirates, India and bots.

Their business model is making someone else pay for the content creation and giving people empty promises and false hopes.

-- Mainstream Hollywood is currently learning these facts the hard way. They're being destroyed by big tech's Nerd Reich in much the same way they devastated the porn industry 10 years ago.
