A VPS will have almost 100% uptime except any hardware failure. Let me know is you need any offshore VPS. Free trial is available.
 
Take care of your own things instead of checking how long is our 'main site' down.

The 'main site' will be up by the end of the day.
 
I can't comment on there current support system, but Greg and Domnik usually answered support tickets extremely quick - With a few down times here and there but nothing major, .Mac inform Greg I'm looking for him :P the server your site appears to be is down - so I can't email atm.
 
Well they used to refund before 10 days, anyhow as I got no e-Responce from them I went with another hosting solution.

Yes I paid for a year's service with thehostingpalace.com and something had happened where my site was down more than up.. and then I could not get into my cpanel and someone else gave me a pass from there that did not even work. I know a lot of people that are upset and lost out.
Now I learned a lesson, am on another host that I am very very happy with.. and is reasonable.
