What's the best prog. to limit WINDOWS 10 information gathering?

I've been using O&O Shutup 10 but, I find it has to be checked quite often because some of your selections change back AND some updates manage to slip through. (easily spotted and removed with REVO)

One has to keep in mind O&O is a "Microsoft Partner".
