Paypal is the best and will remain the best in every aspects
1. Bank Payout in just 48 hours [ with no fees ]
2. We can send and recieve money easily [ with very less fees ]

Alertpay is also best in other aspects
1. No proof needed [ but fees are high ]
2. We can verify easily [ just 1 vcc needed and no need to show proof like credit card statement ]

Why these payment processors make life easier for us? Ask for identity, ask for credit card info and statement, phone verification bla bla. Give a Debit card to withdraw money or transfer to your account (after sms confirmation).
But they don't do this because they want to hold our money as long as possible.

Alertpay is for me, but it is like car without tyres, no debit cards and probably even they don't know when they will offer it.
