I like WJ, because of some good member who really could share their knowledge and try to help as well. So far nothing for dislike about WJ. Perhaps those fucking moron stupidity.

Only thing i dislike is, the stupid amount of posts what go on in the market area & reviews which are just like " good luck bro ", " keep it up " " nice " " good luck with sale "

I agree and will be addressed soon.

I like the community feeling. After being here for so long you know who runs what site, and who has what skills to do certain things. You can really learn alot here on WJ.

I don't like that mod and agree with all the above posters. Him -> http://www.wjunction.com/member.php?u=2180 right? :D

That after so many useful posts, I still haven't been promoted to 'Respected Member'. On the contrary, I am placed on the watch list.

And that moderators take payment from users and that moderators are able to fend off critics in their own sales threads.

If you like to be a moderator, I think t should be disallowed to accept payment (either material or non material) from a 'common' member.

And yes, moderators should have other moderators moderate their own moderator sales thread .... BTW Did I use any variations of the word 'moderate'?

And when banning moderators should obey the rules. If a member has expired infractions (no matter how many) then an instant ban would be not allowed.

If you haven't noticed, the always and almost very often, you will see people in the Hosting sales and discussion jeopardizing others service. I meant, if the service is poor, the buyers have the right to comment, but other sellers SHOULD not post anything. It should be a benefit to everyone and to have a fair right to post what they offer. If the offer is fake, the buyer in most case should have done their research before hand. I wonder why such tradition has been allowed to live so long.

Isn't it better to prevent bad deals, then to have people post comments after they have been disappointed by poor service or a scam?

And how can you do research if you don't have first hand experience? And it's known that when people (including myself) read bad reviews they still buy.

WJ is a forum where people should be able to speak out and readers make up their own minds.

Regardless, this is a real world. Scam exists, even the world's famous auction site, eBay has fraud, politicians do fraud.

Nevertheless, many methods does exist to proof things. Digitalpoint has got the tradition of providing review copies, but I'll leave to the Admins and mods to decide for that themselves.

Freedom of speech exist, but it is not without it's limit. As you have said even with bad reviews, it's not necessary that you don't purchase their services, but how would you feel if someone with similar thoughts did the very same to your topic?

In fact, it's the first post that would state "Your deals are fake, scam, 1Gbps true Unlimited don't exist!". This is what I meant by jeopardizing. Instead, you could simply ask the following, "As far as I know, 1Gbps with unlimited bandwidth is quite impossible. Is your servers truly 1Gbps Unlimited?". Imagine, just that very statement could provide help to users, questioning and finding out if that is even possible.

Now, that's what I meant by making users to do their research. If they are reluctant, then that's their problem. As the saying goes, once bitten twice shy. Even with users feedback and comments, it could be fake, self-posted or unreliable.

This is a warez discussion forum, so I do understand what I suggested "might" not be suitable. Just my 2 cents.

If justified, I have no problem that people post negative things in my sales thread. In turn, I will address these issues.

Talking about 'research', if you study most questions or problems that people have, does it appear to you they will do research?

yes from what ive learn in this community is that u cant even trusted respected members! last time i saw sniff dog warning buyers that an rl seller phished premium acc and i know its true! i wont point which member and after five min the comment dissapeared so wtf do members have special permissions now?well what i can say is that staff that i respect and who looks cool and respect members are deleted and mr happy!they always try to solve prob in a positive way and prevent dramas! and wat i dislike the most is that many members called other bro or watsoever i bet if u find the guy who u call bro's sister will u called her all sister or u will f..... her!well that all i wana say!

Negative or not, that's not what I'm addressing. To put it simply, it will make you look more unprofessional. Ask any famous companies CEO to comment on other product, what do you think their reply would be?

As I've said, "once bitten twice shy", once you are bitten, you will definitely be more cautious on your next purchase. So does that prevent buyers from being smarter or dumber? People never learn their mistakes unless they fall for their mistakes. Those who don't want to care, or really don't bother, have their own thoughts too. That is, they don't care whether their money would be gone or not.

Actually when one asked, is this unlimited 1Gbps? Well it's the obvious to those who has done their homework and some who did not, and whether should you provide him with a spoon-feed 'obvious' (to those who know) information.

I guess I'll stop here and stop debating about this matter as I believe it has went out of topic. It's just my 2 cents and expression of my dislike in this forum. There's no right or wrong since many has got their own thoughts.

Thanks for your input sniffdog.

There is nothing called freedom of speech anymore. Even on internet forums, we have censorships, users getting banned for a couple of out of place comments, restrictions on what can be said or discussed, sellers using mods to remove posts which don't show them in good light, users being frowned upon for "Good luck with sale" comments even though it doesn't hurt anyone.

People are too darn sensitive and it's sad that even on the internet we are governed by dictatorship.
