I don't know of the plugin, but this can be achieved by just adding some php code to your websites theme.
It's probably better doing it this way because you won't be using an extra plugin.
It's exactly that... The text for the "related search" is the same everytime... Which means that it's just some custom PHP code. Probably in the wordpress single.php file.
I can do this for you if you like, hit me up in PM. I'll need wordpress admin details so that I can debug the theme files and add the text where it's required.
